When your goals build on each other like a pyramid: Your annual goal goes at the top, your quarterly goals support your annual goal, your monthly goals support your quarterly goals, and your weekly tasks support your monthly goals. When you have a reminder in your line of sight every day, it’s much easier to stay on track with your plans. Get a white board, or tear out the monthly sheet in your Life Design Planner. When I hear the same title or author more than twice, I take it as a signal or message I need to read it. The way that I often find books that I want to read is by keeping my ears open to friends, podcasts, and blogs that repeatedly suggest the same books. When I was working on improving my financial wellbeing, I read books by Dave Ramsey. For example, when I was working on improving my health, I read books by the Medical Medium, Anthony William, so that I could get more information about the kinds of food that would support me. I read books and do research to make sure that I am clear on why this goal or habit will support me or my community. ![]() These are some of the tools that I use to make sure I stay on track with my goals.
